In this course we explore the two main principles that Ayurveda teaches:
- Preservation of health: How to maintain wellness and what to do to keep your body healthy and fit to avoid illness.
- Methods, medicine, and tactics for disease management and ailments: How to cure and procure a return to health.
The first principle is based on prevention, while the second is based on regaining balance. The two are important and meant to be practiced together. We will introduce and explain these concepts and give you the tools to explore and learn more about the sister science of yoga, Ayurveda.

Meet Elizabeth NLP, E-RYT
Elizabeth is a yoga teacher trainer, yoga studio owner and NLP practitioner who loves being able to do what she loves and the freedom that yoga and wellness opens up for her and her clients. She is driven to be of service and enjoys sharing her love and knowledge of yoga and soulful entrepreneurship.
